Student Voice and Leadership
The school believes in developing student voice and giving students the opportunity to shape and develop their own school life. Therefore, in order to recognise and nurture student's leadership potential, the school runs many programs to ensure that students can support their fellow school mates, build a fantastic school community, support the wider society and become leaders of the future. For students that show, or are willing to develop exceptional core values and leadership skills, they may be given a leadership position and the opportunity to serve the school as a sign of recognition for their responsible, polite and confident demeanour. The school offers several key leadership groups to develop student leaders; Prefects, Ambassadors, Library Prefects, Playtime Leaders and House Captains. Student Leaders will be expected to be exemplary students who embody the school values and act as role models for all students.
Head Boy & Head Girl
The Head boy and Head girl are the most senior Prefects in the school and represent the school's entire student body. Two senior students will be selected by the Principal to represent the school and set the standards within the school community.
The Head Boy and Head girl will be selected by the Principal through an interview process and the prefects selected will be part of the senior student leadership team. These students will represent student school development ideas at leadership lunches. The Head Boy & Girl will also represent the school at special events and will give speeches at the school graduation.
